Herniated Nissen Fundoplication

 

This video shows a patient who has a recurrent hiatal hernia following a prior hiatal hernia repair with Nissen fundoplication. The wrap is mostly above the diaphragm, and the inferior portion can be seen sliding above the crus as the patient experiences singlutus.
