    Excellent video of a procedure that has become a gold standard using the laparoscopic approach. However, controversies still abound about total vs partial fundoplication that only a multicenter trial can settle. It is high time that these were dealt with.

    Nice video. The esophageal hiatal opening after cural closure appeared to be a bit large. I would have placed one additional posterior cural suture.
