Marginal ulcers are one of the most common long-term complications after roux-en-y gastric bypass (RYGB) surgery and occur in up to 15% of patients. When an ulcer occurs that results in massive GI bleeding, it may need to be dealt with surgically. Our video demonstrates a laparoscopic approach to the management of a massive bleeding ulcer at the gastrojejunostomy in a patient two years post RYGB.
