The Incidence of reflux after sleeve gastrectomy is high. There are multiple surgical options for treating the reflux, if persisted and didn't respond to PPI.
These procedures are either, Conversion to bypass, Augemntaion of the lower esophageal sphincter by magnetic beads or hiatal hernia repair.
Sometimes there procedures can be done in combination to achieve resolution of reflux symptoms. We present 3 different cases of persistent reflux whom they were managed with 3 different procedure
