Every surgeon should be able to identify extrahepatic bile duct anomalies and thus avoid a complication during a laparoscopic cholecystectomy. We present a case series demonstrating a cholecystohepatic duct, a large acessorry bile duct, and a duplicated cystic duct. Fluorescent cholangiography is a useful adjunct to help identify extrahepatic ductal structures.
