Description
The Department of Surgery at Emory University School of Medicine and Grady Memorial Hospital is recruiting a general surgeon with expertise and fellowship training in advanced foregut, bariatrics and robotic surgery. The candidate must be board-certified or eligible in General Surgery and should have completed or be in the process of completing a fellowship in minimally invasive surgery. Grady Memorial Hospital is an 1100 bed safety-net hospital for the entire city of Atlanta and its surrounding areas, specifically serving Fulton and Dekalb counties. There are twenty operating rooms and a new state-of-the-art ambulatory surgical center is opening in February of 2023 housed in the brand new Correll Pavilion slated to open in January.
