Laparoscopic transgastric drainage is a definitive treatment for simple pancreatic pseudocysts. We have also found it to be an effective method for managing more complex retrogastric peripancreatic fluid collections. Three cases are presented in video format that demonstrate the range of indications for this minimally invasive technique.
