A Rare Case of Bilateral Epiphrenic Diverticula

This video is a case presentation of a patient who presents with dysphagia and is found to have a non-specific motility disorder and bilateral epiphrenic diverticula. The video shows the treatment for this rare pathology including a bilateral diverticulectomy, esophageal myotomy and partial fundoplication.
