Stomach, Abnormal Post Surgical Anatomy, Acute Ugib Following PEG


This video demonstrates stigmata of recent bleeding status post PEG placement. No evidence of active bleeding is noted, but bloody fluid is seen in the dependent fundus and clot is seen in the pre-pyloric area. The PEG site is carefully inspected for signs of active bleeding, visusualizing the PEG site with insufflation as well as during decompression.
