Gastro-gastric Fistula with Associated Anastomotic Ulcer Following Gastric Bypass

This video begins in the ailemtary limb of the gastric bypass and as the scope is withdrawn we see a large gastro-gastric fistula adjacent to the anastomosis. On the posterior wall there is a large, deep, clean based ulcer with some associated silk suture.
