This video shows a 1 cm gastro-gastric fistula following Roux-en-Y gastric bypass that was missed on prior endoscopy due to its location high on the greater curve side of the gastric pouch. The fistula was identifed in retroflex postion using water soluable contrast and fluoroscopy. It was traversed using a diagnostic gastroscope. Retroflexed views from withn the remnant stomach show the scope traversing the GGF.
