    This is a timeless classic - great video
    A few points: The are aternative ways to place trocars such as laterally. Most surgeons do not use as many tacks in the Cooper's ligament. New data may suggest that any tacks or staples may not be necessary .
    Most of these dissection can be done with no cautery

    Great video. I agree its tack-mania. I still use two tacks on Cooper's, but absorbable ones.
