Morgagni hernia is a rare congenital diaphragmatic defect that can present symptomatically or discovered incidentally in adult patients. A case of a 31-year-old patient presented with a symptomatic Morgagni hernia that was discovered incidentally few years earlier. A laparoscopic approach was used to reduce the hernia, excise the sac, and to close the defect with a mesh reinforcement.
