Intussusception is the most common cause of small bowel obstruction in infants. Ninety percent of the cases are treated non-operatively with air enema reduction. For those cases that fail non-operative management, surgery is warranted. Here we present a case of a 3 month old which was successfully treated with a laparoscopic reduction.
