This video demonstrates the diagnosis and debridement of a pancreatic pseudocyst at the time of a robotic assisted cholecystectomy for gallstone pancreatitis. The patient had been treated for severe gallstone pancreatitis two months prior. When he presented for elective cholecystectomy, he was not having symptoms that would suggest a pancreatic pseudocyst. Throughout the majority of the procedure, it was thought that the pseudocyst was a necrotic gallbladder. However, through meticulous dissection and debridement, it became clear that the presumed necrotic gallbladder was in fact a large pancreatic pseudocyst.
