We present a video of two cases in which the patients undergo endoscopic intervention for recurrent diverticulum. The first patient is a 49-year-old male with a history of transoral endoscopic Zenker's diverticulostomy. He re-presented with dysphagia and was found to have a large, persistent diverticulum. He undergoes endoscopic diverticulopexy with resolution of symptoms.
The second patient is a 77-year-old female who presented with recurrent epiphrenic diverticulum despite laparoscopic myotomy and fundoplication. She undergoes endoscopic diverticular suspension with postoperative follow up one year after surgery.
