Protocolo de anestesia

Hay varios aspectos claves de un PRM bajo la responsabilidad primaria del equipo de anestesiología, incluyendo la disminución del estrés quirúrgico, terapia de fluidos, analgesia, y manutención de la normotermia y glicemia normal.  Se utiliza un protocolo de anestesia que permita un rápido despertar.  El bloqueo neuromuscular profundo puede ayudar en la exposición quirúrgica durante una laparoscopía a presiones bajas de neumoperitoneo.
