I am an academic fellowship-trained minimally invasive Foregut, Metabolic, and General surgeon at UC Davis. After completing surgery residency at UCSF in 2018, I completed fellowship at OHSU in 2019. I specialized in foregut surgery, bariatric surgery, and perform minimally invasive abdominal wall reconstruction. I spend a significant portion of my time performing research in bariatric surgery outcomes and the role of the microbiome and metabolomics in bariatric surgery outcomes and fatty liver disease.
