I completed a General Surgery training in 2009 and an Advanced GI MIS Fellowship in 2010 and then a 2 years Advanced GI Endoscopy fellowship in 2012; all in Mexico City.
Then I completed a Fellowship in Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic Surgery during 2013 and 2014, in several centers in France and Belgium
Currently I'm a Professor of Surgery and a Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic Surgeon and also a GI Endoscopist at a large national medical center in Mexico City.
I have experience in treating complex HPB cases, both benign and malignant. I have presented grand rounds at Academic centers in Mexico and at international conferences throughout the world.
Finally I have participated in different SAGES committees (Career and Research, International Relationships, etc)
