I am an MIS fellowship trained academic surgeon working at the Vancouver General Hospital with subspecialty interest in complex abdominal wall reconstruction. My practice also includes benign foregot and acute care surgery. Robotic assisted surgery is a significant part of my practice and I have interest in identifying value added by the robotic platform, especially in single-payer, publically funded healthcare systems like in Canada. I also engage in resident and fellow training.
