Duodenal perforation during an endoscopic procedure is one of the most dreaded complications and can often result in highly morbid operations. Here we present a case of a giant perforation of the duodenum caused by endoscopic ultrasound that was managed successfully with laparoscopic primary repair. This demonstrates the techniques and feasibility of this repair.
