SAGES Faculty – Session Chair Design Form

Please use the following form to create your Session Outline for the SAGES Annual Meeting. You may save this form at any time by scrolling to the bottom of the page and clicking the “Save” link. 

After saving the form, you will get a custom link to recall it for more edits. You may share that link with your co-chairs and they will be able to pick up where you left off and edit.

  • For use in marketing materials. Describe the session/course and who should attend and why. Please be brief; no more than two or three sentences:
  • e.g. Live polling of the audience; Facebook Live integration, etc.
