Great Debate: Leadership - My Practice is Better Than Yours
These Town Hall debates will explore the differences, strengths and weaknesses of different practice environments. Discussants will compare and contrast practice in a single-payer health care system (e.g., Canada) with a multi-payer health care system (e.g., the U.S.), and academic surgery practice with community surgery practice. Audience participation will be encouraged. This session is suitable for surgeons, learners, and anyone interested in the diversity of surgical practice in different care environments.
