More than 1 in 3 physicians have had a medical liability suit filed against them during some point in their careers. Surgeons rarely are taught how to handle and protect themselves from the pitfalls that can occur during a malpractice case, this session is designed to give you the basics on how to be prepared if and when you are part of a medical liability suit.
