We present a 54 year-old-woman who presented with a pancreatic duct obstruction due to a mass in the head of the pancreas with bulky adenopathy in the right lower quadrant. Biopsies of both lesions were consistent with multifocal neuroendocrine tumor. There was no evidence of distant metastatic disease. The patient was offered a laparoscopic approach to a combined right hemicolectomy and pylorus-preserving pancreaticoduodenectomy. This video highlights some of the technical aspects of the procedure. Operative time was 5 hours with minimal blood loss.
