Laparoscopic trans-gastric resection is a novel technique of removing gastric tumors that are unresectable secondary to their size and location. Tumor near esopahgogastric-junction are especially challenging for removal by endoscopy. We present a case of 41 year old male where a large gastric polyp was removed using this technique.
