Minimally invasive approach is now the gold standard for the surgical treatment of adrenal masses. While laparoscopy has traditionally been used, robotic adrenalectomy is becoming increasingly utilized as the robotic systems provide ergonomic advantage and 3D vision for better anatomic definition. In this video presentation, we aimed to show our operative technique in a female patient undergoing robotic transperitoneal left adrenalectomy for pheochromocytoma.
