This video shows the feasibility of Robotic Extended Heller myotomy in a patient with long standing diagnosis of achalasia and sigmoid esophagus. The patient is a 75 year-old male, with a BMI of 26.4. The procedure was performed without any complications and achieved excellent improved of symptoms.
