Retrograde or antiperistaltic intussusception is a very rare complication of Roux-en-Y gastric bypass. It involves intussusception of the distal bowel into the proximal bowel almost exclusively at or near the jejunojejunostomy. This video shows the laparoscopic resection of retrograde intussusception of the common channel into the jejunojejunostomy, and the recreation of the Roux-en-Y anatomy 8 years after gastric Bypass.
