As the complexity of application of laparoscopic surgery increases, more complications are encountered. It is imperative to also gain laparoscopic skills that will allow the surgeon to manage complications such as bleeding. With the right technical skills to control bleeding vessels, converting to open surgery can be avoided if the patient is stable and visualization is maintained. We present a video compilation of three cases complicated by bleeding, yet managed differently.
