We present a case of laparoscopic transgastric resection of a gastric cardia mass in a patient with atypical symptomatic gastric reflux. The patient had a large leiomyoma negatively impacting his quality of life and a combined laparoscopic and endoscopic procedure was performed to successfully treat his reflux.
