Traditionally sleeve leaks are managed by drain placement either CT guided or Laparoscopic with or without endoscopic guided stent of leak site. Most often the times, patients are kept NPO for long time, on TPN leading to infections or blood clots or sometimes don’t tolerate stent secondary to nausea or retching. This technique rarely performed in subacute or acute settings, but helps for better control of leak site and early advancement of diet.
