This video demonstrates feasibility of complex revisional foregut surgery in a patient with BMI of 21 and severe peptic ulcer disease (PUD). This is a laparoscopic revision of Billroth I gastro-jejunostomy to Roux-en Y reconstruction due to anastomotic stricture and recurrence of PUD. The patient is a 41 year-old female status post open Billroth I partial gastrectomy for perforated peptic ulcer disease. Seven months post op patient presented with anastomotic stricture and recurrence of disease. She underwent a successful laparoscopic revision to Roux-en Y reconstruction that resulted in resolution of symptoms and control of PUD.
