In this video we demonstrate the safety and feasibility of a transabdominal laparoscopic large inguinal hernia repair after kidney transplant. This is the case of a 69 year old male with a history of right sided cadaveric kidney transplant who developed a right inguinal hernia and a right incisional hernia at the transplant incision. He also had a left inguinal hernia. He underwent a laparoscopic totally extra-peritoneal repair of the left inguinal hernia and an open right inguinal and incisional hernia repair in the past. He now presents with a large recurrent right inguinal hernia. The patient underwent an uneventful transabdominal preperiotneal repair with mesh.
