A Morgagni hernia is an uncommon congenital anterior diaphragmatic defect. Repair of Morgagni hernias using laparoscopic technique has been well described. Using three ports, the hernia may be easily reduced and closed primarily with interrupted, pledgeted prolene sutures. This technique offers a minimally invasive approach of repairing the defect with a tension free closure.
