We present two cases of laparoscopic management of technicaly challenging gastric GIST. The first case is a patient with a large gastric GIST located at the lesser curvature of the stomach close to the gastroesophageal junction. The second case is a smaller gastric GIST located at he posterior gastric wall close to the gastroesophageal junction. Both cases were managed laparoscopically.
