Meckel’s diverticulum in adults is difficult to diagnose. The author presents 2 patients: the first was presented with small bowel obstruction, the second was presented mimic acute appendicitis. Diagnostic laparoscopic management is safe and effective so the laparoscopic approach should be initially considered.
