In this video we demostrate Laparascopic management of chronic pancretitis .Lateral pancreatojejunostomy is done for the management of chronic pancreatits in which ther is no much head calcifications and grossly dilated duct. Ports are made as shown in the video .Lesser sac entered after dividing the gastrcoliomentumand pancres is assessed.kocherisation is done .pancretic duct is identified with needle aspiration and entire duct is laid open with energy sources and all the stones where removed.Roux en y limb of jejunum created .Lateral pancreatojejunostomy was done by intracorporeal suturing and Jeujunojeunostomy done
