71M presenting with gastric outlet obstruction secondary to impacted gallstone in the duodenum, He refused any interventions for 3 days. He finally agreed to an EGD, however the stone was not identified. CT demonstrated migration of the stone into the mid-jejunum. He underwent laparoscopic enterolithotomy.
