Bouveret’s syndrome is a rare condition with a reported mortality of 15-20% and predominance for occurrence in elderly females. We present a case of a 71 year old female managed with combined laparoendoscopic techniques. Success rates for non-surgical approaches to treating Bouveret's syndrome are low: endoscopic retrieval (10%), endoscopic laser lithotripsy (60%) or mechanical lithotripsy (25%). However, endoscopic treatment may be combined with laparoscopic techniques for the minimally invasive management of this condition.
