With the success of per-oral endoscopic myotomy, endoscopic resection of gastric gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST) has been advocated as a safe and feasible approach for patients that can be curative. We are presenting a case of a patient with a small GIST on the posterior wall of the gastric antrum who underwent complete endoscopic resection. This video documents the steps and technique to endoscopic submucosal resection of a GIST via a submucosal tunneling dissection technique.
