Abstract: Giant fibrovascular esophageal polyps, although rare, can cause significant dysphagia and increase the risk for laryngeal obstruction. Surgical resection has been the treatment of choice, and is often done using laparoscopic or thoracoscopic techniques. This video illustrates the feasibility of an endoscopic approach, thereby reducing potential morbidity when treating patients who suffer from these lesions.
