We present a case of bleeding from a pancreatic pseudocyst that necessitated surgical intervention after failure of medical measures. A combined laparoscopic and endoscopic approach was employed to allow complete evaluation of the anatomy for the source of bleeding. Laparoscopic packing of the pseudocyst was used to control the hemorrhage, and the patient made an excellent recovery.
