A laparoscopic approach to the Ladd’s procedure for adults with malrotation has been described in the literature with limited case series. Surgeons may hesitate to approach this problem with a minimally invasive technique due to concern regarding disorientation in the setting of aberrant anatomy. Our institutional experience has demonstrated laparoscopic Ladd’s procedure to be safe and effective. In this video we will present a case of truly aberrant anatomy; a patient with malrotation and situs inversus totalis, treated with laparoscopic Ladd’s procedure.
