Spring 2023 Committee meetings will be held primarily as in-person meetings on Tuesday, March 28th, 2023, and will not have a virtual component similar to recent committee meetings. Select Committees have chosen to hold their meetings virtually and are noted in the chart below.
Virtual meetings will be held from March 14th- March 24th, 2023, and are noted as “VIRTUAL” in the Location column of the chart below. You will receive Zoom connection information in a forthcoming calendar invite from your committee staffer. The calendar invite will be displayed in your local time zone, but meeting times below are displayed in Eastern Standard Time.
In-person meetings will be held in Montreal on Tuesday, March 28th prior to the kick-off of SAGES 2023. All committee meetings will be held at Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth Hotel (https://www.sages2023.org/hotel-reservations/.) Meeting room locations at the hotel have been added below, but please plan to check back in advance of your meeting in the event any room assignments have changed. In-person meetings will NOT have a Zoom video component but may have an option to participate via teleconference. Please contact your committee staffer if you require teleconference access by March 1st, 2023. All in-person meetings will be held in Montreal’s local time zone (Eastern Standard Time), as displayed in the chart below.
