Surgical Associates of Neenah, S.C. & Gastroenterology is actively recruiting a gastroenterologist to join its rapidly growing gastroenterology team. Our independent practice is located in Northeast Wisconsin approximately 85 miles north of Milwaukee and 30 miles south of Green Bay.
Surgical Associates was established in 1967. Our team includes 9 surgeons and 1 gastroenterologist as well as a large staff of allied health professionals. We have offices located in Neenah, Appleton and New London, Wisconsin, all of which are located in or adjacent to area hospitals. Gastroenterology procedures currently performed include: EGD, Colonoscopy, Diagnostic and Interventional EUS, ERCP, Single Balloon Enteroscopy, Endoscopic Resection, Ablation of Barrett Esophagus, Capsule Endoscopy, and High Resolution Esophageal Manometry.
Our team includes providers who are leaders both in and outside the health care system. Our providers serve as medical directors in a number of different areas as well as on civic and community boards.

Our primary office in Neenah is located on the ThedaCare Regional Medical Center – Neenah campus, which is located on the shores of Lake Winnebago, a 138,000 acre lake that connects or is close to several other lakes and tributaries, including Lake Butte des Morts, Lake Winneconne and Lake Poygan as well as the Wolf and Fox Rivers. The local area boasts excellent public and private schools and several 4-year universities. There are numerous opportunities for enjoying outdoor and indoor sports and other activities, great dining, and the performing arts.
Requirements include an M.D. or D.O. degree, completion of a residency and a gastroenterology fellowship, and board certification or board eligibility in gastroenterology. Proficiency in ERCP and EUS preferred but not required.
