The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center along with The Division of Colon and Rectal Surgery within the Department of Surgery is looking to hire a Colorectal Surgeon to join its elite team of surgeons. The division currently consists of five colorectal surgeon faculty members with a scope of practice spanning all aspect of colorectal surgery. The position will be at the Assistant or Associate Professor level and candidate must have completed a general surgery residency and colorectal fellowship accredited training program with two years of experience out of fellowship training. This position is full time and will be based at Ohio State University East Hospital. The position offers the potential for growth and offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
• Board Certified in General Surgery and Colorectal Surgery
• Academic Experience a plus
• Successful completion of ACGME accredited Colorectal Surgery Fellowship Training
• Eligible for State of Ohio medical licensure
• Qualify for academic appointment at the Assistant or Associate Professor level –
Academic rank and salary will be commensurate with previous training and experience
