The Department of Surgery at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Division of General and GI Surgery seeks motivated applicants for a position as a colorectal surgeon with interest in working both in a community hospital setting and at an academic medical center. This individual’s clinical practice will be primarily based at Kent Hospital and Women and Infants Hospital within Care New England Health System, a clinical affiliate of Brigham and Women’s Hospital. Salary and academic appointment will be commensurate with training and level of experience.
Eligible candidates must have completed a general surgery residency training program and be fellowship-trained and board-eligible/certified in Colorectal Surgery. Suitable candidates will have an MD or an MD/PhD and board certifications in the American Board of Surgery. The candidate should be eligible for, and maintain, full medical licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
