Of 2016 annual meeting attendees interested in the Bariatric learning theme, 19.3% (n=215) wanted to improve their management of reflux in the perioperative period in the context of sleeve gastrectomy.

Of 2016 annual meeting attendees interested in the Bariatric learning theme, 17.8% (n=198) wanted to increase their ability to appropriately select patients and procedures in the obese patient with reflux. At three-month follow-up, 12.2% of those responding (n=4) reported inability to fully implement the intended practice change.

At three-month follow-up, 20.6% of those responding (n=6) reported inability to fully implement the intended practice change.
