How to better ourselves so we can help other members
1) To understand how SAGES is doing with developing current and future leaders within the organization.
2) To determine optimal next steps for improvement.
3) To develop a strategic plan for leadership development within the organization.
With these objectives in mind, we are asking you to answer a few simple questions before the session. The collation of your responses will be the launching point for our discussion. We ask that you consider the opportunity to create learning modules for a Leadership Development Curriculum.
